Jane is the Communications Associate for Fair Elections Center. She is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she attended Grand Valley State University and earned a B.A. in Multimedia Journalism and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. As a student at GVSU, Jane served as a CVP Democracy Fellow for two years. After graduating, she worked for the Campus Election Engagement Project as the Assistant Michigan State Director and as Circle of Blue’s Communications Associate. She is eager to grow as a storyteller and communicator and is inspired by women like Ida B. Wells, Gloria Steinem and Joan Didion. In her spare time, Jane can be found reading, tending to her burgeoning collection of plants, and creating oddly specific playlists on Spotify.
