Emily Davis is a Legal Fellow at Fair Elections Center. While in law school, Emily was a Law & Public Policy Scholar and volunteered with the Election Protection Hotline. She also interned at Campaign Legal Center, U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, Aldea – The People’s Justice Center, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She was a member of Temple Law’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she worked on a prisoner rights case before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Emily was a litigation paralegal at a DC firm. She received her J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Emily is originally from a small town near Scranton, PA.
