Chuck Black was elevated to Midwest Regional Manager after serving for three years as CVP’s Pennsylvania State Coordinator. Currently, he is a graduate student at Temple University in their Higher Education program, and also teaches as a Corporate Faculty Member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Shippensburg University and a Master of Science in Project Management from Harrisburg University. In 2016, Chuck was nominated by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf to the Shippensburg University Council of Trustees where he is serving a six-year term. Chuck lives in Philadelphia and is a fan of all things Philly, especially Gritty.
