Shellby Branch

Research and Curriculum Intern

Shellby Branch is a doctoral student at the University of Georgia studying Higher Education. Her research focuses on the experience of disadvantaged college students and institutions as structures that maintain, and reproduce, social class in the US. She also holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and has worked in multiple offices across campus. She spends her free time investing in civic participation at the local and state level. Shellby is most excited about being able to combine her expertise in higher education with civic engagement.
